Post your protein shake concoctions

post workout it's just water and 2 scoops of protein


but when I'm making a shake as a meal, it's usually:


2 scoops of chocolate whey
1 cup milk
ice cubes
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1 banana

and sometimes i'll add a 1/2 cup of oatmeal

80 grams bodytech 24 vanilla protein powder
Handful of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of oats
1/4th cup of sunflower seeds or
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
Serving of pb fit
Serving of chia seeds
Serving of milled flaxseed powder
Serving of greens powder

I have this shake once a day. If I don't feel like having a shake i'll put everything mentioned in oatmeal.

For protein I keep it simple as fukk.... 110g of True Nutrition whey isolate and water

I have a smoothie too though.... 100g kale, 140g blueberries, 14 oz OJ, 40g white fiber.

I don't really fukk with milk or pretty much anything that adds calories for nothing

Unsweetened Almond Milk (fukk regular milk)
1 tbsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp of peanut butter ( i use the natural peanut butter by kraft )
1 banana
3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1-2 cups of spinach
pinch of cinnamon
Whey protein powder - Vanilla ice cream flavored (current one i have in my kitchen)

Juice of 2 carrots and a beet
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
pinch of salt

(sometimes i'll add vanilla or almond extract)
