The other day I was too lazy to make dinner so I had
1 scoop ON whey
1 banana
half an apple
some spinach (What the hell it was in the fridge)
1tsp of peanut butter
2 tsp honey
1 cup of light vanilla soymilk.
1/2 cup mixed berries
a few ice cubes.
shyt was WAY more calorie dense than I'd normally have had for dinner, but I was just throwing shyt in on some "why not" experimental shyt. It was gooder than hell.
