1lb tilapia, baked w cajun seasoning and evoo
1 cup brown rice
sauteed broc and cauli w garlic and evoo
shake before bed

i should be cutting back a bit but i dont care anymore. im hungry and i hate starving myself. i'll never have an 8 pack but i'll be well fed .
