3 eggs, 3 egg whites, spinach and bell pepper omlette
1.5 cup oatmeal and 1 splenda
banana
coffee

lunch:
naya
salad w pickles, tomatoes, cabbage, jalapenos, hummus
chicken shwarma on top (double portion)
dunkin lg iced tea w lemon

dinner:
1lb tilapia, baked w cajun seasoning and evoo
1 cup brown rice
sauteed broc and cauli w garlic and evoo

shake before bed

i should be cutting back a bit but i dont care anymore. im hungry and i hate starving myself. i'll never have an 8 pack but i'll be well fed :manny:.

I determined I can't stay on meal plans for about 30 days at a time with no cheating. I smoothie on the weekends and I'm good.

After that 30 days, I go on a epic junk run :lolbron: and start over

Man this is my 1st time seeing this thread.
10:45-Workout
1:30pm-5 scrambled eggs 6 slices center cut bacon.
In a half hour I'm bout to eat 3 skinless thighs.

:ooh: :ahh: This is literally EXACTLY my breakfast almost every morning (Except this week), but with smaller portions LOL.


Anyway today:
Banana,
Whole grain english muffin with PB
3 eggs

Chicken (3-6OZ),
a handful of broccoli
Half a sweet potato


Not dinnertime yet, but Probably more chicken and broccoli and a protein shake.

bringing this thread back, i like this idea

breakfast:
protein shake (1 scoop)
kashi cinnaom harvest cereal with 1% milk (the only cereal i can fukk with)

snack: 1/4 cup almonds

workout

post workout:
protein shake (2 scoops)
banana

lunch:
4 scrambled eggs + 1 piece of whole wheat toast and peanut butter

snack:
greek yogurt

and dinner will be chicken thighs with brown coconut rice and steamed veggies
