Kawhi has a good shot at being in the finals a year after refusing to play for you Pop.
To be fair, he plays in a LeBronless East on a Toronto squad who's only roadblock from reaching the finals was in fact, LeBron himself.....

Kawhi is the MVP of this Toronto team, but sometimes MVPs are put in the perfect situations.

No lies was told...

Kawhi a great player but you got to baby and shield dude to much...an organization like Toronto that aint never won anything is willing to do that...an organization that has 5 chips and pretty much created the current nba model for offense, defense, scouting, front office...isn't...

That gif of Pop telling Parker to give Kawhi the ball is funny...but the thing I always wondered about is...why didn't Kawhi just go take the ball from Tony? Why was he content to let a washed up point guard at the end of his career run the show down the stretch?

People talking about what Pop said...David Robinson is probably one of the 10 nicest people to every play basketball and this dude spent most of last summer shytting on Kawhi...which is wild and goes to show you that just like it is obvious Kawhi aint really fukk with San Antonio like that outside of playing basketball...San Antonio aint really fukk with him like that outside of playing basketball...

I mean as a spurs fan I am watching the worse Spurs team I have ever seen...and I am watching the spurs former franchise player be the best player on probably the best team in the nba right now...and I...don't really care about it:francis:...I don't think I am going to care if/when this dude goes to the lakers either...and at no point in time in that whole process was I upset that the spurs were pretty much setting themselves back 2 to 4 years...Pop might not eve be the coach of this team by the time they are championship caliber again...

It's still wild to me that the Spurs never officially offered Kawhi ANY contract...

His whole situation wit his uncle and his agent and his old agent and getting sued is wild to...thats the type of shyt you find out about somebody and you be like "need to go ahead and delete this number"...
Yeah, if Admiral got something negative to say, you know things aren't peachy. And I had no idea about the suing situation. Who sued who?

This has the story and the actual court filings...but in a nutshell as soon as Kawhi Uncle got involved in his finances he stopped paying is old agent the money he was owed, then put himself and other members of Kawhi family on the payroll, even though all financial decisions about Kawhi was supposed to go through his old agent... lots more stuff like the fact that his new agent has exactly 1 nba client....and i t's Kawhi...

Where is the Lie in what he said?

Kawhi ain't a leader, a good leader requires strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to talk and boost morale.

Kyle Lowry is more of a leader than Kawhi.

I make fun of Kyle Lowry all the time, and no way is he better than Jason Kidd

But with that said without a doubt he's the leader of the Raptors

Best player doesn't always =\= Leader

The whole kawhi is awkward and does not speak. Is a pr cover up for how pr was handled on his father's death gon awry.

Go research it and see this is all some pr direction.

We don't know kawhi at all. This whole kawhi is quiet shyt is just pr.

This Raptor team would beat LeBron's Cavs....i dont know about the 2015-16 Cavs but last years team no question, with the emergence of Siakam into an all star no doubts....

People are quick to defend Kawhi standing up to "the man" but then turn a blind eye about him playing hide and go seek and no showing to an organization paying him got damn 20 million dollars

People are quick to defend Kawhi for standing up and doing what he did but then turn a blind eye about San Antonio being fined a quarter of a million dollars for resting their star players in got damn November

Poeple are quick to defend Kawhi for worrying about himself but are quick to turn a blind eye when Pop rested Tim Duncan for an entire month despite Tim himself saying he could have come back way earlier

People are quick to defend Kawhi for protecting his health but then turn a blind eye when just the year before Pop rested him in overtime of game 5, and game 6 of the semi finals, and games 2, 3, and 4 of the conference finals

No one ever wants to talk about them wanting to compete against Lebron's marketing company

No one ever wants to talk about the sutton Bros being devoted trump supporters

No one ever wants to talk about the sutton Bros hating Lebron

No one ever wants to talk about the sutton Bros criticizing Colin Kaeperniks nike movement

No one ever wants to talk about the sutton Bros investing $10m into the agency and getting him into a larger market to attract more clients

I got cha bruh......

On April 11, 2000, Tim Duncan tore the lateral meniscus in his left knee in the 78th game of the season. He missed the final four games of the regular season and forced Spurs coach Gregg Popovich into a monumental decision: go with Duncan in the playoffs, or keep him on the sidelines.

Duncan didn't make it easier.

"I was doing everything I could to get ready to play," Duncan said.

He ran sprints up and down the court to show he could still move. But there was a loose bit of cartilage flapping around in his knee. The joint could have locked up at any moment.

Popovich was just too worried about his asset.

"He was young, a franchise player," Popovich said. "He wasn't just a No. 1 pick. With him, you've got an opportunity to win multiple championships, if you don't screw it up. I didn't know if [the injury] could get worse, or get chronic."

Popovich liked his team, and he liked its chances. He just liked Duncan even more. He told Duncan to shut it down.

"I don't know if it was right or wrong," Popovich said. "But we did it."

Without Duncan, the Spurs took only a single game from the Phoenix Suns in the first round and were quickly dispatched. Suddenly, this wasn't just about the Spurs; it was about the Los Angeles Lakers as well.

I noticed @Art Barr stopped responding once I dropped the truth about his shady uncle. Kawhi has simply become food

You don't even understand anything about business.
First off goofie.
Your manager has to say all the stuff you can never say.
That is why pop is out of order for even doubling back trying to use admin based PC verbiage to criticize kawhi after the fact. When the shyt dead and you move forward.
The reason why kawhi is dope is cause he said nuffin.
Plus let his management and administration internally handle the administration and take the brunt of the backlash or positivity.
like a client's hired administration wing is supposed to do.

Again showing you do not know wtf you talembout.
Y'all nikkaz are the only idiots. Who think players are supposed to be running their mouths about admin issues. When kawhi does it right. Kawhi stfu,...then let's his admin speak for him.
like they are paid and instructed to do. We have no idea internally wtf all the facts, variables and particulars are. Not to mention given the variables of kawhi's past. Makes sense for him not to be a visible pr based kinda drawing athlete. Why have someone with that type of past visible past the court. Which is why in just good faith the spurs and pop are out of order. As the issue is dead. You don't let a personally involved party to the client as a business. Go make a statement in lack of good faith after the fact like pop did. Whether political or not. Now watch you deflect and try to move the goalpost because you not actually focused. Nor do you know any of this. All you have done in this thread is speculate. When the issue is over. My comments in this thread on the actual issue directly say how pop as the spur pc pr guy is out of order. I stayed in the thread because most of the comments out of order like yours are. Are made in speculation, coupled with bullshyt. Plus a complete misunderstanding of what pr, management to administration to lack of good faith in ethical commerce is.

Now stfu.

All cause again,...you do not know wtf you talembout.
