Booker, Lashley, Shelton, Kofi, R-Truth, and Big E all should have held the title at least once.

But especially my dude MVP, he was straight heel championship material :mjcry:
Booker held the title.
Shelton can’t talk
Kofi should be a champ
R Truth in 2012 yes
Big E doesn’t have it

It didn’t take me very long to realize his gimmick is “shyts on black wrestlers”. There’s literally tons of posts backing that up.
You know you are a piece of shyt, stop lying. I been saying Kofi should and could be a champion. I been saying Sasha gets a bad deal prove me wrong faggit

We had Jack Swagger and Jinder Mahal as World Champions. There's no excuse. All the guys in that list would be better champions.
Look I agree with you, I am saying Shelton booked alone without a manager is not going to work, he has no charisma. Big E has played a goof dancing like an idiot for to long to be taken seriously. Kofi is the only guy I see as a champion . Can cut a promo , looks like a champion and can wrestle.

And Jinder hasn't? History has shown that any wrestler can be booked like a legit threat regardless of previous gimmicks if management wants to put the effort into the task. Senile stubborn Vince just refuses to push any black wrestlers. There were reports that Vince allegedly wanted to push Big E over Roman Reigns but I need to see that push actually happen to believe it. Shelton Benjamin was basically a better version of Jack Swagger and Swagger never got a true manager during his main event push.

Naomi is the first black wrestler to win a title at Wrestlemania. While that is great for her it should be embarrassing for WWE as a whole. When I look at real combat sports Boxing and MMA and see no shortage of black champions and notice they're scarce in fake ass wrestling I can't help but feel like I'm watching a white fantasy. In today's era of non draws and them throwing the belt on anyone they feel like there's no reason popular guys like Big E or Kofi can't get a run, or Monez Ford, Velveteen Dream who're ultra talented charismatic guys aren't groomed for the role. I have no hopes on WWE pushing either guy tbh I see The Street Profits being added to the list of popular tag teams that somehow never won the tag titles while some comedy pairing or bald DX reforms and wins them and Velveteen Dream becomes the go to punching bag pulling off carry jobs for guys they do want to push to the next level. Best case scenario they get an annual spot in a rumble or TLC match where they show off their athleticism like they do with Kingston and Benjamin. WWE seems to be a company that is trying its hardest to suck, like they used to be lazy but I read the results of SaudiMania that takes effort.

That boxing/mma point is the ULTIMATE point to make.

Wrestling fans will say "There aren't that many black ppl in professional wrestling, so it wouldn't make sense for there to be alot of black champions".

But there's even less black folks in MMA, but some of the best fighters/champs in the sport are black. And MMA is only about 3 decades old.

Pro wrestling has been around FOR AGES....and they're STILL doing this fukk shyt.

But it comes down to the fans. If they get behind it, I don't think the post-Vince WWE will fight it. But maybe I have too much faith in HHH/Shane/Steph.

I understand the prestige point that some of you are making, but how much does prestige really matter in professional wrestling? I would agree with your point if these matches were genuine fights, but it has always been about fulfilling whatever agenda Vince is trying to push at the time, hence the Universal Title being more highly valued than the WWE Title in 2018.

I'd much rather for a black man to win the Universal belt than the WWE belt nowadays just based off of how the titles are treated relative to each other. I mean, can any if you recall a time where the WWE and Universal Titles were booked on the same card, and the WWE Championship was the main event?

If you just bust out laughing, when Joe was on Raw, there was one Raw where decimated Apollo and Crews in like two minutes. Big strong ass athletic nyggas. Balor 's music hits...and he fights off and runs Joe to the back doing his hop around the ring shyt. I was dying..it was hilarious...now could that happen on the street? Some beach model Billy looking cat out fighting and outlasting strong athletic nyggas? Lmao. Insanity.
