no, stiff penalties for police officers that abuse their power towards blacks, special prosecutors and independent review boards, police officers found in cahoots conspiring to cover for that officer are also arrested, media caught lying are penalized, and the total removal of bench trials in those instances, all jury trials. also instead of the settlement money coming from the city and taxpayers , the settlement money comes from those officers of that district pensions and 401k.

do some things like that, and watch how these officers start apprehending people the right way.

I don't know for sure, but I think that might be the max for Manslaughter. I was watching the news and they said that the Officer in this case is facing up to 4 years also.
