I think the guy who recorded the video on his phone said there was a chase before he was tazed.
Why didn't he record the tazing? Im surprised the police didn't try to take his recorder away since there is a law against recording in S.C. without consent.
Listen to his interview on the last page i think once he seen him getting tazed he started recording just in time.
it's legal everywhere to record video of the police. audio is where legality comes into play and south carolina is a one party consent state anyway.

The only difference is that this one was caught on tape. And even though it was caught on tape he'll still get off lightly. The Rodney king cops got some light sentences in nice prisons. They just had to "lock em up" cause of the public outcry. Same with this one. Once they get "locked up" the public will forget about it. Media won't be on it like it should. That's like expecting black media to be all over a black criminal. It's just not happening.
