I dont think policy is the problem here....
we need police reform...different tests different hiring practices....
Training and hiring practices is policy. Holding police accountable for their actions is policy. Police practices in which the poor are preyed on like in ferguson is policy

and your taking the comment section from some of these pages to seriously....
Half of them are shills trying to instigate racial violence and divide when the police departments need to take the brunt of this
Even if you are correct with this statement. The other half are actively fighting to preserve the racist policies and overall white supremacy and should not be ignored.

I'm trying to see what angle he will use to get off. He's already stating that dude tried to get his stun gun & you see the stun gun drop on the video.

with the man running away, is there any law that allows cops to shoot you in the back, unarmed & no crime done (broken tail light)?
Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985)[1], was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that under the Fourth Amendment, when a law enforcement officer is pursuing a fleeing suspect, he or she may not use deadly force to prevent escape unless the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.

of course this made no difference in the Mike Brown case.:wow:

1:16 p.m.: Asked whether CPR was performed on Scott after Slager shot him, North Charleston police Chief Eddie Driggers told reporters Wednesday: "I have watched the video and I was sickened by what I saw.

:ehh:

everyone at the scene and any possible cover up needs to be charged with no plea deals

Disgusting.
I'm pretty sure he won't get acquitted though.
There has to be a limit.
I think he will unfortunately. Dude who took the video said there was a fight before he started filming and both of them were on the ground. Also a dash cam video will be released. The jury might say he feared for life and had a right to shoot him even though it was in his back.

i've seen so much of these murderous cac cops that the most disturbing thing to me was him dropping the stun gun right in front of that black cop because he knew that c00n had his back.
