His cop family and the mayor have turned their back on him so he'll probably have to do time. When it's all said and done with good behavior he may spend between 1-3 years behind bars.
No funny sh*t though, sun looked like he was running mad slow. He did not look like a guy running from the cops. Even when the first couple shots fired he didn't duck or anything. I don't know the whole scene just looks weird to me.
