There's so many Vaporeons, Pidgeots and other electric-weakness type Pokemon at the gyms by me. Once I feel like I'm ready to evolve an Eevee into Jolteon 
Got a 423 XL Eevee and a 421 regular right now but I'm gonna hold off for now.

You might wanna wait bruh. if eevee are regular in your city, youll catch some in the high 500 cp as your trainer level gets higher. I evolved two eevee that I thought were high(high 300 low 400 range) and they evolved to have cp of mid 700.
Got to level 20 and im catching eevee with 500+ cp (572 and 561).
I put down a lure module but nothing is popping up

So far one cool Pokemon charmander
I'm waiting until I drop a lucky egg and mass evolve my Pidgey's and Weedles, grow a couple of levels (halfway thru 17 now), catch a better Higher CP Eevee and then evolving that one. I'm about to be so fast dodging attacks with Jolteon though

What's a better strategy when using a lucky egg? Evolving multiples of the same kind of Pokemon or just evolving the strongest of that kind and invest the left over eggs to make that mofo strong as hell?
