Has anyone tried shiny hunting the lake trio yet. I'm currently soft resetting for Uxie. It's been a couple of weeks. I ran out of the cave to get more balls and came back. I started soft resetting again. Does anyone now if leaving the cave ruins the shiny chances?

Got back into playing I had to finish getting thru Victory Road and becoming Champion after months of not playing it
Wouldn’t have beaten Cynthia without items, got my ass beat twice by her and had to restock
Prolly ain’t too many folks on this still but dayumn a breh need a Drifloon so I can get this National Dex

My team was under leveled as fukk because I didn’t want to grind. The elite 4 were not much of a challenge but oh lord Cynthia is a beast
Beat her on my second try, thanks to my bag of items but fukk it

Just started got my 1st gym badge
I got a free mew cuz of my pokemon let’s go pikachu save
I saw online the old man was giving Jirachi for a sword or shield save
So I downloaded the game off a website and put it on my switch in less than 20 mins
That exp share though

You need a modded switch or unpatched to play custom firmware. If yours isn’t modded then that website will be of no use to you
You won’t find an unpatched switch in stores anymore for sure since Nintendo released a new version fixing the exploit so your option would be to either buy a unpatched switch and do the thing to hack it or get a modchip installed to do the thing to hack it.
Mines modded cuz its an oled and I actually paid someone to do it for me 400$ but I sold all my switch games so in the end I really paid 50$ for the modchip install
