It's not that it doesn't matter its the game is old now and sold through what it was going to sell. I believe it's even free on the extra tier by now.
What's the argument here? If only you wait years you can gain access to older titles you couldn't unless you had a PlayStation before? Congratulations I guess? Is that a win? I don't see it as one.
This isn't like you skipped the theater and 6-7 months later it came to Max at no extra charge. This is like you skipped the theater and 24 months later you paid full price to see the movie. If you wanted to see it why wait that long just to overpay?
There's no set schedule for when these games will get ported to PC. It could take two years, it could take five or ten. That's enough FOMO for someone who really wants to play them to simply buy a PS5. The waiting for it to come to Steam at full price schtick is fun for console war bait, but the average gamer would simply take advantage of the many PS5 bundles and deals and just get one, along with a PS Plus subscription that allows them to play the entire PS back catalog all at once
Again if you are a PC player, you aren't in a rush.
Clearly there are a lot of PC players that completely skip PS games, so now instead of PlayStation being the only way to play them they are now on PC.
