Your parents were just a$$holes, the psx and N64 were the same price.
Playstation games were also cheaper. but at that point Nintendo was synonymous with video game consoles, and Sony was new to it. parents might have felt going with Nintendo was a safer bet

What’s y’all ? You’re a subscriber like everybody else here

You buy the same exclusives we do

You’re a customer

It's easy to see why Sony is trying to move on to GAAS and subs if this is how y'all feel.

Sony has gotten less than 90 bucks out of me this year :whew:

I'm not the model consumer for them, infact I'm one of the ones they hate the most.

He played more playstation games this year than nintendo games :dead:
False, I've played 2 on each system. And the only system I have yet to play a 1st party title on is the PS5.
:mjlol:

I've bought significantly more on the switch, and have had Nintendo switch online active the whole year.

why y'all so :umad:

The PlayStation was 299 when it 1st dropped.

His parents might have remembered it being that price, I want to say the price went down like right before the N64 dropped and all the systems were basically 199, with the Saturn randomly having different prices at different retailers for some odd reason.

The psx was $199 for like half a year before the N64 launched. Nintendo originally planned for the N64 to cost $250 at launch but adjusted the price because of the psx price drop.
