This is good news but Sony needs to work on their own suite / launcher for PC before adding more games to PC.

They need something that tracks trophies and allows for all the regular PSN features on PC like that stream sharing shyt, parties, etc.

Take it from a breh who has owned various Sony hardware outside of PlayStation, Sony is bad at making software outside of games. SonicStage comes to mind.

Yeah, they half-ass a lot of their ventures outside of their main cash cows, but I'm pretty sure this news is an indication that they're going to take this stuff seriously.

Too many launchers is definitely annoying but if they can get something simple like trophy support on PC, which also syncs with your PSN profile on console, then you're giving gamers more reasons to buy your games on PC.

Its only a matter of time before they start doing day and date on games. All in All it's a good move for Sony to release there games on PC. It opens them up to having there games being played on a wider range of devices. Desktop, Laptop, and Steam Deck.

Why not on stuff like God of War? God of War is already on PC and I guarrantee God of War Ragnorok Will be on PC no less than a year. Once they start getting everything up and running for there PC infrastructure I honestly dont think PC players will be waiting years to play exclusives. The stans that deny this are in denial the writtings are on the wall once they seen how much 3 year titles could make on PC.

that’s just how console fanboys need to justify the purchase of their plastic boxes :mjlol:

of course it doesn’t make sense business wise. Facts is only something 8% of steam gamers own a ps5. That’s a huge market untapped. Whether or not They wanna attribute that to resource shortages and scalping doesn’t matter
