Don't know how that windows sonic specifically works...but the virtual surround on the Sony Golds is adequate.
It's definitely an improvement from stereo, but it's not at all like the sound you get from actually having 7 speakers around you.
If it's anything like the virtual surround on the golds, you'll like it a lot.
If Msft ever allow the ability to rent PUBG servers and a Coli PUBG server was brought into fruition...

playing on Xbox. The controls are ass. Seem like nikkas got guns as soon as they hit the ground lol
The controls definitely take some getting used to but they're fine.
The performance continues to be horrible though.
Props to @Jayrose3 for taking the lead and switching up our usual drop strategy.
Instead of landing in a discreet spot to load up on supplies and work our way to the middle - we started to jump right into the military base. Since most people THINK it'll be packed, it's been pretty manageable and exciting at the same time.

this shyt is out of beta at this point right? I don't foresee how this is something they can just patch and fix up with all the issues I run into. seems like it just is what it is if you wanna play the game......
No. This game is definitely still in the "beta/early access" stage.
The developer has been receptive to feedback so far and has been responsive.
Only time will tell though how much work they will put into the game.
Even it's "broken" state the game is pulling in insane amounts of players.
That can be a double edged sword. Devs could say "why bother fixing something if they love it the way it is" or they could go all out and polish the experience with all the money they have rolling in.
But to your point, no, the game isn't considered finished yet.
They even make sure to tell you as much every single time you start a new match.
