The brilliant Army career of the female helicopter pilot killed in the Washington D.C. plane crash—which Donald Trump blamed on “DEI”—has been revealed.

Capt. Rebecca M. Lobach, a native of Durham, North Carolina, was identified late Saturday by the U.S. Army’s Public Affairs office despite a previous request from her family to withhold her identity.

She had been in the top 20 per cent of Army ROTC cadets nationwide and picked for a prestigious role as a White House social aide. Her awards include the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon.

Her distinguished career was at apparent odds with President Donald Trump suggesting that DEI hiring practices could have been to blame for the mid-air collision. He was backed up by his Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who had railed against “women in combat roles” before a sudden conversion to praising their service ahead of his Senate confirmation hearing.

I initially thought it was a National Guard Pilot because they have a base at Davison Army Airfield ( at least when I was at Belvoir) but even then they have to be good.


I see Ospreys around DC and usually Tier 1 units use them ( at least that was the case back in the day)

I literally had an Uber Driver from Ghana who is an E-6 in the Air Force say that the only reason he stayed in was because he moved from Minot AFB.

If they were low performers she’d be piloting birds in Alaska somewhere.

But it appears that no Black people were involved in the crash itself so the DEI Blame was wild he didn’t even wait to see if their were any minorities before he made the accusation.

But it appears that no Black people were involved in the crash itself so the DEI Blame was wild he didn’t even wait to see if their were any minorities before he made the accusation.

Then why say they were DEI Hires? Believe me if the Traffic Control officers in the tower ( who managed to land several thousand flights safely) were DEI hires or even minorities the Druge report would’ve outted them.

She said if she keeps hearing about these plane crashes, it might be a road trip. I told her I got absolutely no problems with that. I hate flying.

There's some right wing talking point about an ATC DEI program. They all just KNEW it had be black people when they heard "collision." Turns out a white crew ignored DC airspace rules and took out an airliner.
