Ate a large 3 meat pizza last night. Looked up the nutrition facts....

I literally ate a bagel, bag of chips, and one small plate of dinner per day back then and didnt lift. But come to think of it my prior statement hasn't been verified because I haven't really cut since I started lifting seriously. I'll be lean at 200-205.
