ON that note...December 15th will be an interesting day.

I'm a pretty big lance supporter, but honestly... he was in new york for like 3 days after he got drafted, and curb-stomped his girlfriend.

I'm not sure being in new york is the best place for him. Just like it has mostly been a disaster for JR Smith's personal life. Too many distractions, too much to do. Plus, while his deal is not all that cap unfriendly, he's another wing. No doubt he helps the team, but does he fit with the offense you're trying to run? Are they willing to let him play some point guard? Let's say he settles in as a 32-33% 3-point shooter, does that help us?

More than anything, I'm worried about the pressure on him to perform in new york, PLUS the fact that nobody seems to like him.

All that being said... there's no way they'd trade for Smith to move Lance. But would I think about it? Yeah, man. I'd consider it for sure.

that melo incident with the ref blowing the whistle "in his ear" while he was inbounding the ball was really pathetic. i don't know if i've ever seen that.
