how does every loss end up with Amare hate? With as garbage as Melo's been the past 2 nights?

This loss is on Melo. We're not a good defensive team. Everyone knew this already, so going on about the defense costing us the game is dumb. STAT had a solid game offensively. THJr filled JR's shoes as off the bench scorer. Jason Smith had a good game. Shump had another good game.

Mike Crispino and now Wally talking about us needing Melo to have a big game to win, but we still scored 95 with him only having 13. If he had even a decent game, we win.

He didn't fill Swish's shoes. He didn't rebound. He took many dumb shots that cost NY possessions. His defense was still putrid. He turned it over too much. Larkin played like trash. 'Melo had 8 assist, 6 boards, and his shooting in the later stages of the 3rd and in the 4th gave NY a chance. Pistons attempted 23 more ft's than NY and NY got inexcusably out-rebounded. Everyone else can have a bad game every night, but 'Melo can't have 2, especially when this one was only his scoring early.

Tim pulled down 0 boards.

Swish's rebounding numbers will rise as the season goes along. Tell me what dumb shots Swish takes. His step-back jumper that he shoots 66% on?

No, 'Melo's poor shooting didn't put NY into a whole against the Pistons. That was 33 fta's (to NY's 10), the rhythm those fta's got them into, and poor rebounding that put them into a whole. 'Melo set up teammates to make the shots they made and he boarded.

Jason, Sam, Tim, Pablo, Wear, and Early all had putrid rebounding numbers. Ft's, scandalous reffing, Swish being dumb, fatigue, and Larkin cost NY the game. It didn't help that Pablo went down.

The rebounding is inexcusable because you're still capable of keeping rebounding disparities low if you wanna win. NY has done it against the Bulls and Pacers when they led the league in that stat.

Not giving 'Melo a pass for shooting poorly. He's partly to blame. He's just not mainly or the only one to blame. How well did Swish shoot tonight? How about rebounds? Assists? To blame 1 person is to say they can beat a team on their own. 'Melo never came here to do anything on his own. He came here to do it with Amar'e and should be applauded for his production in the face of that plan having gone awry. Being a superstar means you play better than everyone on your team on most nights. That should afford you the room to have a few bad games. The lack of appreciation for him is just .

And their king was putrid again. Dominates the ball, still only 4 assists (and on a stacked team), poor rebounding, poor shooting, and I'm certain he had his usual putrid defense.

I've watched games, but I don't listen to them. Propaganda is nauseating. They were so scandalous to Shump last season and still tryna mess with his head in post-game interviews.

I'm not surprised they've turned on Tim. That's a mess. Glad I haven't heard it.

Tell me Swish's TS%? Tell me where he ranks in 3pt makes? His defense is solid.

Im not gonna give up on young Timmy this quickly, he has some great skills and could flourish if he learns the triangle and works on his D. Amare has been in the league for a long time, hes not learning anymore at this point in his career, so its a bit different when compared to Tim. As far as JR's stats go, I do not care about stats whatsoever; so say like tonight, I missed the game so I cant have any opinion on what happened. Im just more on the page with those that are in the belief that 2015 is the real goal, and I dont see JR Smith having a long term future here, hes just a knucklehead

I love Tim. I wish he could play. The only reason I ain't mad is that they can win without him. I wish Shump, Swish, and Tim could stay because they all bring different benefits to the team.

They've actually overachieved so far with the cards they've been dealt (new system, new coach, and injuries). Their defense is solid most of the time too.
