An intentional nut shot is definitely grounds for suspension, dont see how thats arguable in any way. In the NBA you get suspended for whiffing a punch, let alone actually hitting someone in the balls.
This season is a waste of time anyway, having JR play all these minutes while Hardaway just sits on the bench is

Wade didn't get suspended when he did it to a Bobcat aka Hornet. Swish and Wade were only sending messages; if they really wanted to hurt those players in that way, they would have. NY ain't winnin' later with Tim's putrid defense, lack of rebounding, unwillingness to pass.
