Do believe that I'm pleased with conditions that leave black youth feeling desperate enough to vent their frustration at being black in America in such reckless fashion? Do you know how it feels to be constantly subject to microaggressions when you leave the house, to feel the eyes of cacs constantly haunting your every move, to walk the streets of our cities and observe cacs enjoying an unattainable life of privilege that comes at your daily expense? Obviously, most black youths in Philly aren't responding in this manner, but I'm not condemning those who do.
