It’s a justifiable reason for them to get clapped by anybody. You walk around fukking with people minding their own business whatever happens after is on you.

Jail for all of them and fines for whoever is their parent or guardian. There needs to be some form of accountability for people who can’t keep their kids under control. You can’t be self righteous about how you raise your kids when they turn out like this so keep them under control or pay the fine and STFU

Groups of like 10 to 15 teenagers were running around flash mobbing people. Basically...jumping random people.

We had 2 girls and 6 dudes with us.

They thought it was sweet cause we weren't dressed like typical Philly nikkaz at the time. Philly people are follow the same trend and shyt. Easily identifiable.

We ran into them around 17th and chestnut or some shyt. And they backed off when we told them to chill.

Not even 10 minutes later they or another group found us again. And two of my boys (north philly buls) ain't back down and we all got snuck and/or jumped. I lost my glasses that night but once it registered what happened o start swinging at any and everybody. Laid out a couple of them even though they were probably like 15-18

I was out there when it was happening. They were doing it to black ppl and hispanics too. Saw them slap an older Dominican or Puerto Rican lady coming out of a clothing store while she was with what appeared to be her granddaughter
