It’s a justifiable reason for them to get clapped by anybody. You walk around fukking with people minding their own business whatever happens after is on you.

Jail for all of them and fines for whoever is their parent or guardian. There needs to be some form of accountability for people who can’t keep their kids under control. You can’t be self righteous about how you raise your kids when they turn out like this so either keep them under control, disown them or pay the fine and shut the fukk up
