They done emptied out some of the prisons and you always hear these folks that got paroled within the last 2 years from serious crimes reoffending doing murder, attempted murders and etc in the news.

Im even willing to bet they, the government, have folks out here that are literally going into places like Philly and Memphis to do crimes with immunity. A few publcized murders in Philly were committed from out of towners who were agents of chaos. This is one of them i suspect.
