It's like yall pick out the nuances yall want to debate about. If Phil spencer wanted to lean into exclusivity as there go too strategy you don't think XBox would? Especially with the complete blessings of the head of MS they would have all kind of multiplat games locked up in deals? Especially some of these smaller popular IP's. Instead, all of the IP's even the smaller one that are at best TIMED exclusives are Ip's that are A) new or B) haven't been on PS/Nintendo.Phil has been saying that microsoft has no interest in making games exclusive, and now he's clarifying that he mean he wasn't gonna remove or stop supporting games that are already on playstation.
So he's basically admitting that he was full of shyt.

Most people don't like to be exposed@The Mad Titan makes me miss @PS5
Of course you aren't, I expect you to Gizmo duck everything.
Breh, fukk this long ass rambling wall of text. For months I've been arguing with yall over Microsoft's intent to make all l future games from these publisher acquisitions exclusive while yall were arguing that it wasn't financially beneficial for microsoft. Pulling up Phil quotes claiming that it will be on a case by case basis. Now the dude is literally admitting that he was full of shyt and you're backtracking acting this was always the stance. It's like yall pick out the nuances yall want to debate about. The list can go on....
They clearly aren't trying to play the lock up games exclusive game. It's been clear for a long time. I really think the last time they tried to lock up game that was on other systems was tomb raider after that it really hasn't been a thing. Yall cry and moan about them growing organically and yet when they are doing just that (while supporting multiplat games) by crafting new games that may or may not be exclusive (which isn't even a for sure thing, like it would be on PS) yall want to say xbox cares about exclusives.
Exclusives are a marketing ploy, you got it from the horse's mouth and you saw it in writing to the court from sony. They count on 3rd party big game revenue to support the exclusive bank roll of games both 1st and 3rd party. But yall ray charles to that...
That's not to say that as soon as they are on top they switch up completely, or if their foot is to the fire like for real they don't switch up. But currently xbox and phil has been completely transparent and have followed through with everything they have said.
Now phil being hype about trash games or feeling like X year is going to be great for xbox is a whole different thing. But he should be confident in his teams and games. It aint like he gonna come out and say, man crackdown 3 needs work.

The only ether yall lemmings would recognize is via Final fantasy. The way Titan presented this was like he had ether in the clip
Sit your goofy ass down
He literally reaffirmed it's was a case by case basis and that IP's that are Multiplat will still be multi plat going forwardBreh, fukk this long ass rambling wall of text. No, what he said was that games that were already released for playstation will continue to be supported, and he gave examples of games like mine craft, fallout 76, ESO, having parity across consoles. Then he talked about future titles being exclusive, and gave PC and cloud as examples of how some games won't be exclusive. The only example he gave of a microsoft game going to playstation was mine craft. He literally reaffirmed it's was a case by case basis and that IP's that are Multiplat will still be multi plat going forward
