I always considered elite to be a top 3 player at that particular position.

Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees are the elite QBs in the NFL.

Eli's 2-3 TDs away from breaking his record in less time. 3 thousand yards away from his franchise record, actually started in all his Superbowls, two MVPs he's salty. If Tom wins another one I see Parcells having the same hate.

Aaron Rodgers has also earned the title of elite. There is literally no QB in the league that I would take Aaron Rodgers, and I can't STAND the Packers. :beli:

Is there any worse feeling than hating a player with all your soul and still being unable to deny his greatness? :to:

Now I know how LeBron haters feel :skip:

Eli's in the same boat as Cutler, Rivers, and Romo in the sense that there's no real reason for them to be struggling, but they do. It's crazy. What separates Eli from that bunch is he'll often snap out of it in the 4th and in the late season/playoff games. The result is two rings, so you can't complain too much but damn, he should be rivaling Rodgers right now, but he ain't...it's mind boggling.

None of the bolded should be compared to Eli. Eli is arguably elite, there's probably a better argument for him being elite then not. None of the guys you mentioned, Cutler especially, are even borderline.

For three quarters of most games they all play on the same level

:ehh: I guess so, but it just leaves a sick taste in my mouth when someone like Romo or Rivers is compared to a QB that has actually done shyt in the postseason. Same reason I look at the Matty Ice proponents like :usure:

Eli play's in NJ with their constant 14-20 MPH winds, he has the same issue as Sanchez but it gets ignored, and people wonder why the Giants play so much better on the road.

Eli problem the last couple of weeks has been the D, Eli can't keep digging them out of the graves they laid, is Perry Fewwell gonna continue to get a pass, I remember the starham days where nikkas could barely run 2 yards on the Giants, our D is too talented for that bullshyt constantly, nikkas can't stop nothing:pacspit:

But some of the blame can be attributed to Eli also.

I'm a big Eli stan since he got in the league but the last 4 games he has been playing like alex smith's level... you know the draft bust alex smith.

I hope Eli snaps out of it soon enough or else

We finna fire Tom and trade Eli for the gazillion time :russ:

It's a combo of things those last 4 games though, Nicks coming back not 100% and stopping Cruz from getting those number 1 receiver looks, and Cruz since he nearly got injured twice and the contract situation he has floating over his head, has him playing fidgety, Bradshaw aint shyt and has 2 better rb behind him, and their shytty D, Eli aint have a bad bad game yet, in that stretch Eli probably was the most consistent Giant

Giants Hot seat:
1.Perry Fewell
2.Ahmad Bradshaw
3.Kevin Gilbride
4.Osi
5.Tom Coughlin

Giants may need Plax to help their red zone offense too, they need to bring that man home and forget his past bytchassness
