THIS!!!! Although there are other ways to get there it's still a hassle. It's literally perfect if you work and live in Charles County. If you don't that traffic/commute is HELL.

Not surprised. Everytime I drive through PG, I had a hard time believing that was the richest black county. Now I was in the areas close to DC but they still looked too rough imo. Initially I chalked it up to the home prices being overflated being next to DC. But I’m not surprised at all that rich black people are moving further south to Charles County. From what I seen, I wouldn’t put down roots in PG either.

Maryland been popping for black folks. Have family down there and use to spend summers in PG. The majority of the neighborhood was black and everyone was doing very well.
My cousin went to private school and so did most of his friends who were all black.
Use to go to house parties and all of them were in some really nice houses own by black folks.

Man I’m born , raised, and live in dc and idc about how many rich black people in Maryland, fukk that entire state period. Md nikkas cool but I hate that fukking country ass deer infested waiting 2 hours for the next bus to arrive ass state. Towson and Owings Mills are good areas tho. Owings Mills especially has a ton of broads out that way
