Got a lot of fam that moved down there after selling their DC spots.
Also, one of my neighbors just sold his house and moved down there. Copped a 4br 3ba with a nice plot of land. Another neighbor went out to MoCo as well.

Some of the oldheads from DC want exactly that. All them years of living in rowhouses and duplexes, you don't wanna see no neighbors and want all the space.

And that’s why it’s a no for me dog. Waldorf is basically 1 way in 1 way out.
Now if people are COMPLETELY washed and only about family yea it’s good but if you want even a semblance of a life no sir. I’d rather live in a mixed neighborhood in Woodbridge and have access to 95 than live in Waldorf
And people think of Woodbridge as another country but w/out traffic it actually takes 35 min to get to downtown dc. Waldorf is 45 min from Dc

Not bad. Generally in the 30s. We do get big snowstorms from time to time but the worst is that freezing rain which seems to happen more often.
Access to the highway makes Woodbridge way more desirable. Charles County is out in no man's land, 35 min drive through the country, just to get to the highway. Its a once your home, you stay home area. Buy a home there, you better make sure you love doing nothing, and eating at chain restaurants
