Nah, it's a sequel to vanilla P5 but she might be an unlock-able. Kinda hope the other characters from the past Persona games are there as playable characters in free mode.

Especially the Persona 1 & 2 characters
I feel you, but we know that aint about to happen:mjlol:

The persona series starts at 3. Persona 1 and 2, must be fan games:troll:

Or at least thats what atlus wants us to believe :mjcry:

This breaks down the game better. Some aspects sound kinda weird. It has aspects of a Dynasty Warriors game but also aspects of Persona's system like limiting your SP and making you leave the dungeon and come back to replenish SP. Also context sensitive commands mapped to buttons you need in battle so you can be trying to do one thing and some off screen context action kicks in and forces you to do something else.

I'll buy this but the expectations are low.

From the Wikipedia description this sounds like Final Fantasy 7 Remake gameplay. Have any of you played both FF7R and P5 Strikers? Is the gameplay similar?

“Battles are also now in the form of a real-time combat system. However, players will use a command-based skills menu when using Persona skills. During the time in this menu, the battle will pause to allow tactical positioning of the Persona skills.
If the party deals a critical damage or deals damage that the enemy is weak to, the enemy may be knocked down for an 'All-Out Attack' which deals a large amount of damage. All party members can obtain new moves, known as Master Arts, by controlling the characters manually and defeating enemies. If all active party members are knocked out in battle, the game ends.”
