Have no idea of the influence AA music has had on jamaica brehs.
Forget Gil-Scott Heron, The Watts Prophets and The Last Poets who are
precursors to Hip Hop AND Kool herc brehs.

I don't even attempt to educate anymore

I just look at the ignorance for a bit then move along :pachaha:

What does that have to do with influence?

And i agree with thread premise, most influential countries (no order) are US Jamaica UK Japan S. Korea China

as far as nations go I would say

1. USA
2. UK
3. Jamaica
4. Brazil
5. Cuba

as far as ethnic groups go

1. black americans
2. jamaicans
3. whites from the UK
4. white americans
5. afro cubans
6. brazilians

Kool Herc is Jamaican :skip:

That's my point, even though dude is from Jamaica he knows the culture originated in NYC, you never heard that man or other pioneers say Jamaica is the birthplace of Hip-Hop. :skip:

There are a lot of Jamaicans in NYC :skip:

I don't give a flying fukk how many Jamaicans live in NYC, Sir. :skip:

DJing + MCing in the way of early hip hop was in Jamaica before hip hop was even a thing :skip:

OK, and? People in Jamaica were doing all of this and yet Jamaicans themselves admit Hip-Hop started in NYC. :skip:

People have been rhyming in Africa way before the first rap record was released, are we supposed to say rap started in Africa? :skip:

You already have reggae, why act like a scorned light-skinned bytch and try to laim claim to someone else's culture? :skip:

What year were u born, 1996? :skip:

No. :skip:
