I think putting ketchup on eggs is disgusting.
On par with eating French fries with mayonnaise.

Each is apparently a popular habit.
But I find them offensive and the signs of an uncultured goon.

t-dot till they bury me
I season my omelets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and some parsley. Add cheese, veggies inside

Scrambled eggs should be simple, salt /pepper only

I don't eat eggs at all, the texture makes me gag but I make them for my son- paprika, pepper, adobo- all in little dashes and maybe a bit of spinach or cheese. He loves them.

I see ppl complaining about how other races don't season their food enough, now while I agree that a dash of salt and pepper ain't gonna get the job done. We be out here putting way too much and too many seasonings in a lot of our food. Be having some delicious looking fried fish or chicken ruined because it's far too salty. Seasoning things with fresh herbs and veggies is the way to go, in fact you won't need any salt in most cases. But sooo many of our taste buds are shot to hell from having our food over-seasoned over the course of decades. We think we need more salt
A lot of us forget our ancestors had to over season food because they were given the worst part of the animal to make palatable. There’s no excuse to still do the same thing now.

There’s a reason why we have so many with high blood pressure by the time we’re in our 40s. :francis:
