Almost every week day I have chilli that has kidney beans, black beans, and green lentils in it. I also eat apples, bananas, strawberries when available..

Fibre itsnt hard at all

You can have blackberries and raspberries. Avocados as well. I think pistachios as well.

I was on keto months ago and felt good. But it's not really 100% needed unless a doctor recommends that you go on it(do your own research, I'm just a random nikka on the internet)

I would recommend upping the carb intake. Get some beans and lentils in your rotation

Careful with too much Husk, can block you up. Follow the label and drink plenty of water.

some Metamucil type mix is good when you are traveling and can’t prepare your own food.

Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes. It’s very easy to get your daily fiber intake.
