People talc about protein, but FIBER is the hardest nutrient to get in daily

Really? It's a whole thing to get enough protein for me to gain weight

But fiber intake I reach pretty easily with oatmeal, nuts, fruits and veggies...

No need to cook, you can eat a lot of them, very low calories...

Yeah it's hard. I've found the best way to get fiber is black berries which is expensive. There's also beans and chia seeds.


This is decent + adding in metamucil and you should be ok.

If you do omad it's a little difficult to get to 25g but not impossible.
How would anybody be able to do that safely without taking a supplement? If you consume that much fiber in one meal, won't it definitely run through your guts way too fast?
