Thats the one area I feel shouldn't happen given he has a connection with the AAU teams and coached these in high school and maybe they'll be motivated to play for him now that he's there.

I also hope in the next couple of years anyway the NCAA will be forced to change their ridiculous rules to avoid even the most minute of violations

I’m asking for the right info but say Penny was just the coach for Team Penny. He wouldn’t be able to bring any Team Penny kid there for 2 full years. With him being an official HS coach, there are zero restrictions.

I do think and this is me guessing, he can’t be a part of Team Penny. The organization might have to change their name. He could recruit the kids, but as an official coach. The NCAA will investigate this very hard.
