The program is the offender. Of the two main perpretrators, one is dead and the other is dying in jail...the program, however, gets its fate tomorrow.
So the actions of a handful of people should fukk with the lives of hundreds of thousands?? Why is it so hard to target the offenders? Anybody with any knowledge of this shyt should be thrown in bushes. A lot of the players and students are the same age as the victims... they ain't have shyt to do with it.

This is the Enron / Arthur Andersen / Tyco of college football. All the talented not-thieves that worked there were out of luck for better or for worse. That is why terms like "corporate responsibility" aren't jargon.
Ultimately heavy is the head that wears the crown. JoePa was basically the CEO of PSU football and instead of doing the right thing to protect his constituents, he and a couple of other powerful people decided to do the WRONG thing. So now working class folks have to bear the grunt of the burden as we always have and will continue to do. And unfortunately there is no way to protect those folks without letting the institution off the hook.

It had EVERYTHING TO DO WITH FOOTBALL. Penn states football program buried a pattern of child molestation in order to protect its football program and to continue its revenue stream. Can you disagree with this?

My whole point is the way it works is bullshyt. Not just with this situation, but higher-ups (CEOs, Senators, Chairmen) do shyt and get slapped on the wrist, while everybody underneath gets that bomb dropped on 'em. But whatever.....
