i watched the first episode, it was pretty good, but two things bothered me: the music doesn't match the ambiance at all. i hope this doesn't continue throughout the season. they got crashing guitars playing while im watching WWI Brum vets get busy? 
the bald dude who has PTSD is an awful actor, at least in the scene on the canal with the italians watching. breh was throwing out high school play type delivery
but i'll keep watching. the premise plus sam neill, cillian murphy, and brummie hoods is enough to get me to watch 6 episodes
i've come to prefer the british 6-episode format when there's a plethora of good ones to watch tbh
