I said Zo was better on the offensive end, but he was never a monster scorer during his career either.

Zo was a better offensive player than Dwight, just a different era. Place him on those Magic teams and they do better, especially since Zo could step out and hit a 15 footer.

I disagree simply because Dwight was better for that Orlando team's spacing and PNR game. They had some godawful defenders on that team too and Dwight still made it work.

Zo had the benefit of playing when they still allowed football contact so it helped his teammates more.

How was Dwight better for spacing when Zo could do everything he could do in addition to being able to hit a 15 footer?

Zo was an excellent interior defender, he had to guard bigs that could score on their own and still protect the paint. There's virtually no chance Dwight would have been able defend Ewing and still play defense at the level he did, don't look past the fact he basically didn't have to guard anyone.

Prime for prime you gotta give it to zo. Offensively way more polished than Dwight and zo wasn't a slouch defensively. Only thing Dwight has on him is athleticsm.

I agree with the lack of centers, but Jameer Nelson/Skip, JJ Redikk, Rashard Lewis and Hedo Turkoglu rounded out his starting lineup. Basically four minus defenders that funneled EVERYTHING to him.

So Alonzo Mourning was the best center in the league and Dwight was inconsistent and only flashed greatness briefly at his absolute best

I could see your point if I did something actually horrible like a Dwight vs Shaq/Hakeem thread. This is actually debatable.
