Let's be honest, if western women didn't have pussies and ovaries, nobody would willingly want to talk to them.
It's always the guys fault, most women don't know how to respond to being cold approached.if the guy's making an effort encourage him on if you're interested. Women are lames too. Some can't carry on a conversation.
I just realized something: A lot of guys in here are saying they still cold approach and all that. If so, then that means that some if not many women are still being cold approached. With this in mind, this means that you have woman who are being approached and women not being approached. There is something that is not making the women not being approached, be approached. The question is, what is it? Because from this vantage point, that these women not being approached have themselves to blame since plenty of women are still being approached as evidenced by the fact that plenty of guys profess to still approaching. Unless someone is lying somewhere. 
Also, I don't understand why some guys who are approaching would want to create more competition for themselves. Talk about hustling backwards.

It's fascinating to me too. I think it may be age and region related. I live in the South and like I said yesterday, it's almost odd to not talk to people whether there's any intention on moving further with it or not. Men usually strike up conversation, if they are trying to flirt they may throw out a compliment and then see where it goes. If it's just conversation it will more than likely be left there. Men usually can read social cues well enough to know if they should keep talking or not. But this is also 35+
gang. It seems as if younger women may work differently. 
And yes she may just be referring to the men she wants, and they are more than likely not approaching as much because they have a woman/women. This has always been the case.
