You cannot be serious. The entire article is a critique on white women's passivity and complacency. The commentary mentions the pathology of white male and women relationship is predicated with males taking risk and females reaping rewards. She drives the point stating Warren doesn't expect to toil the soil and WORK as the foundations must be laid by another white man -- in this case Bernie. Hooray for her courage, but that ain't the reason she was killed. Did you not read the story? This is why she died:

She was a real one though, but the reason that she died was because the Klan saw her with a Black man. Look up the history of how they treat White women that they perceived were with Black men. Other White women that marched were not harmed. Now back to the regularly scheduled programming:

She was not the only White person there or in other places during the Civil Rights era, however the vast majority of them were not killed. She was killed because she was with a Black man.

White people were in Civil Rights marches and they participated in voters registration drives and sit-ins. She was not killed for that. She was killed for being with a Black man. I don't understand why you don't understand that.

There is nothing for you to say. She was killed for being seen with a Black man. That is what got her killed. Period. She was there for the purposes of Civil Rights, but that is not why she was killed. Others White people were at Civil Rights events too, but they were not killed for it.
They also killed Black men for being seen with White women. So that is clearly the reason that she was killed.
