No they don’t.

Unlike the NBA, the NFL is spoken of as a team game. What people are graded on is how you performed and if you came through when you had an opportunity to.

If my team plays yours (two QBs) and my offensive line is getting its ass handed to me and I have no time to do anything, you don’t get placed ahead of me because your team won. You had nothing to do with my offensive line or your defense.

Since NFL players do not directly face their contemporaries the discussion has to be more nuanced than simply who won the game.
