you do know those things don’t necessarily contradict one another right? It’s entirely possible for Trae to think Lebron is the goat while having Kobe be his Jordan. It looks like he thinks Bron is better than both.

SOUNDS LIKE HE JUS GETTIN CAUGHT UP IN THE HYPE TO ME.. HE WAS CLEARLY MORE OF A KOBE FAN GROWIN UP

If Bev isn't wrong then the NBA is filled with a bunch of does who have trash physical skills and trash basketball IQ, because if it isn't hard to defend LeBron a 99% of the guys he's ever matched up with have been ass at stopping him...

This is some arbitrary bullshyt spin that can be said about literally every great player, like:

Tim Duncan had no issue beating Kobe once Shaq wasnt there anymore and the playing field was more even...

Now personally I'm not the guy to buy into this dummy logic, but since you are, I guess if one works for you, they all do...

Say a dude who isn't really hard to guard or skilled yet is the 3rd all time leading scorer and have a career avg of 27 ppg.

This coli hot takes are some of the dumbest and I mean dumbest I have ever seen.

This shyt like saying brett farve couldn't really pass the football.

The Pistons, especially John Salley and Mark Aguirre, talked all kinds of slick shyt about MJ's game when they were beating him.

Rick mahorn, Rodman and laimbeer (laimbeer rode harder on him than anyone) also talked mad shyt about MJ, questioned his basketball IQ (willingness to pass) and his ability to make his teamates better like Bird and Magic.

So yes folks did call out MJ.

LeBron scores off picks and shooters spreading the floor for his drives. That's why he doesn't get respect. Not because he's simple.

Players respect guys who dominate mano y mano. They don't respect guys who call for picks.

:mjlol: and Dirk scored most his points off of pick and pops and not post ups or drives. So should that be the reason some folks don't respect him.

Or how Kareem scored probably 1/3 of his points off of sky hooks. So should that be a reason folks shouldn't respect him.

Dude you sound brain dead...:mjlol:

On the 30 for 30 on rodman, Salley said rodman looked up to Michael. Said he would sniff his drawers if he could. Huge MJ stan. I'd like to see the quote about him questioning his bball IQ.

James edwards said jordan never gave an inch, no matter how much they laid him out. He never stopped coming at them and wasn't afraid of anything they did.

Yall are flipping this into something that's not even the topic. shyt is about how hard someone is to guard and y'all bringing up random talking talking points. No one said Jordan wasn't hard to guard.

Actually that's false. The only time Kobe and Duncan met in the playoffs post-Shaq was in 2008 and Kobe won that series 4-1. Its IMO Kobe's most impressive playoffs series given the fact that he defeated the reigning champion Spurs that had Duncan, Parker, and Manu with just Pau Gasol as his sidekick. And he did it by being in absolute control of every game. His most FLAWLESS series ever given the quality of opponent.

Bill Laimbeer said he’d take Lebron over Jordan “every day of the week.” If we’re taking the opinion of Lebrons peers seriously, we must also take the opinions of Jordan’s peers seriously

Its better to take the aggregate of their peers opinions. Not a couple of sour Pistons players. They happen to be the only peers of Jordan that same that crap. Almost every other NBA player from that era reveres Jordan.
