Math classes: they teach that advanced math is ungodly.

History classes: they teach that the KKK was a noble organization and that slavemasters were good people.

Those are just two examples, but that is not "putting religion into the mix." You can put religion into the curriculum and still be a good school. These schools are teaching things we all know are not true, and setting those children back in the process by both misleading them and withholding valuable educational information. This isn't just incidental/ a few extra things on top that don't damage the rest of the curriculum. This is fundamental opposition to the curriculum.

If what you say is true about the curriculum, i might support the school just to keep that guy who measures my shoes in footlocker employed. Too many smart people theyll have machines in there you can just step onto, telling you your shoe size which will hurt a lot of hard working Americans.

unfortunately, some children always have to lose. chances are it will be poor kids or kids born to dumb parents. there will always be parents who know better, and do whatever they can to take their kids to the better school. sadly, this can exacerbate the achievement gap which then makes income inequality even worse-especially in a country where lucrative work for american dumbasses is becoming a thing of the past thanks to china and india.

I think very critically, when i have all the details. Theres nothing wrong with a christian school. Theres something wrong with a christian school that makes heroes out of bigots and dumbs down their academics as it concern math and science. There are very respected christian scientists and mathemeticians so to say God has no place in schools is silly and emotional. Its all in the application of whoever runs the schools. Has nothing to do with the bible.
