Hell yeah, Sony buying Bungie and Bungie reporting fears of layoffs and reporting terrible working conditions. And the layoffs after Destiny slacked in numbers and they pushed their expansion back.
Still hyped for marathon huh though? Along with all the other 10 GAAS Sony has planned after buying all these up and coming studios.
I sure hope Jade Raymond is finally able to release a game. Couldn't do it under Ubisoft. Google couldn't do it. But yeah, Sony buying them up in the midst of their GAAS splurge spells good things for her and the other studios
All those up and coming studios are gonna do what Naughty Gods couldn't with Factions 2! Because God forbid a conglomerate that can't get them to release a good GAAS to an already established franchise that has multiplayer is gonna do right by these random ass studios.
Not like those insomniac leaks literally had slides where they were actively trying to avoid layoffs hence them being a marvel factory for the next decade lmaooooooo
