Jaylon ain’t play bad, blame the dumbass scheme. He got picked on 3 straight times and coaches ain’t change shyt... he picked that ball off too fukk the refs :unimpressed:
He's terrible in coverage. There's a reason they keep attacking him.
Would u nikkas stop with this “he has no NFL experience” :what:

do yall remember where the last two coaches that led us to a SB came from :what:
That ain't happening again. This isn't the 90s. The game ain't the same. Plus we're about to get rid of a head coach that had no experience. Why do it again?

Who y’all hoping is the next head coach?

:gucci: Next coach? Does it even matter?

I'm trying to figure out who will be the next General Manager (once Jerry calls it a career on life)? That's the real question.

Our General Manager is doing interviews and getting upset at legit questions because...well, because he OWNS THE TEAM.

ANY, and I mean ANY other General Manager would've been fired 3x over for the foolishness that's been done the past hmmm let's just say 8 years...

Ya'll said it on here, there is absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY on any level. Steel is supposed to sharpen steel. Or there should be at least a healthy fear for your job if you aren't performing.

Brett Maher has no fear. He KNOWS he gon finish the season REGARDLESS...smh, disgusting. This isn't fixed with a "coaching change" THIS...THIS problem we have is deeeeeeeeeep rooted.

Our General Manager thinks he's a "football guy":mjlol:

I don't think Dak sucks, but he really hasn't shown me enough to earn the pricetag he is asking for. He still consistently throws behind his receivers or throws the ball too high and they have to jump and get it. The most alarming thing I see is he panics when he doesn't have to. In the Patriots game when the snap was bad he panicked and threw a pick when even though he got control of the ball he still had a CLEAN pocket, he could of calmed down and made his reads and made a better play or took off and ran it, instead he just threw a pass that got picked ofd. He has improved I'm not saying he hasn't, but he still has some learning too do which at this point I'm questioning if he can. This is his 4th season and he still can't place the ball properly on his throws, it's kind of frustrating especially since our receivers are YAC receivers, you need to hit them in stride for the route to actually work like it's supposed to.

Urban ain’t with the smiling and clapping shyts. Dude was pissed for years on end at UF and OSU. Even when he was winning.

He took on and allowed fukkery off the field in order to build talented rosters, but he always held guys accountable for their on-field play.

They asked him one time after a loss at UF, I think it was Auburn loss in 2007. School paper asked him something to the effect of how hard do you go on your guys after a loss. He said he doesn’t. He doesn’t have to. The players take losses very hard and they show up Monday ready to work their asses off and they all understand the urgency needed. He went on to say that he is the toughest on his players after wins. Complacency is toxic and he makes sure to not let his players get comfortable or to think that every week is going to be walkthrough easy. The toughest and most demanding practices are after blowout wins.

That’s the shyt we need here. Urban would bring in a culture change we haven’t seen here in decades

college coaches?

:rudy:

Does Lincoln know how to fix a defense? do we trust him to find that defensive guy? Or is Jerry gonna hire one for him? :camby:

College coaches dont have NFL relationships for the most part. So you gonna bring in all college staff?
