Someone who is going to have total autonomy over the roster and roster decision making. And someone who will be allowed to hired their entire staff.

Parcells and Jimmy Johnson are the only coaches that had those settings. I don't see them hiring another coach like that unless Jerry Jones has a terminal illness and wants to win a title no matter what. He got desperate when he hired Parcells. Lets hope he gets desperate again. But then again, it took 3 straight 5-11 seasons for Jones to get that desperate.

we all know the coaching staff is gone,,, time to re-evaluate this roster as well... if it means cutting those expensive contracts and carry dead cap space so be it... we over paid, on jaylon, d law and zeke... we can gut the whole defense as far as i concerned..

Zeke is the only one who can skate on this season and got paid. He cant control play calling, he still somehow has a 1000 yard season in and doesnt have one highlight run all season.

Im fine with how this season ends up if the coaching staff is gutted. The players are talented but the only thing holding them back is coaching.
