We have a pool of bum ass NFL castaways and elite NCAAF to choose from. Some of you just be wanting an NFL coach just to have an NFL coach.

Even if dude has antiquated schemes or hasn’t won in years or ultimately has seen the game pass him by, better him than some NCAA coach, right? I disagree. I’d rather roll the dice with an elite NCAAF guy than some 7-9, 8-8, 9-7 struggle conservative 1997 HB dive shyt.

I don't care. He can't beat good teams. He fooled me earlier this season. Dak ain't it.

I said if he balled out against these tough defenses the last 3 games, he deserves to get paid. He played poorly outside of garbage time in 2 of the 3 and was bad against the Patriots.

Dallas made a mistake paying Jaylon Smith. Don't make another mistake by paying Dak Prescott. That mistake will set the franchise back years.

He's terrible in coverage. There's a reason they keep attacking him.

That ain't happening again. This isn't the 90s. The game ain't the same. Plus we're about to get rid of a head coach that had no experience. Why do it again?

He's terrible in zone. but that's something you practice. And if he can't recognize routes, its it the coaches fault, or his fault for not studying enough game film.

This shyt isn't rocket science. You have players that only care about getting game checks. You have some players just happy to be on a roster. Great players strive to be great though. So while I don't think Smith is the problem, I will concede the fact that, he hasn't been the solution.

but what college coach HC is in the NFL now killing it? Name the last successful one?

College coaches can construct a team by recruiting. What is he when he gotta rely on the draft?

I like what Bmore OC Greg Roman has done with that team.
