Garrett has been OC or HC for 12 years. The theme that opponents and players have had has been the same.

1. Offense is predictable
2. Offense is vanilla
3. Playing time is based on contract status
4. Too much favoritism
5. Former players praise Jerry Jones but takes shots at the coaching staff

Both TO and Dez exited in similar fashion. When you have 2nd and 3rd string WR's taking shots, that says a lot. Happened with Romo and Dak.
