It's laughable when coaches get criticized for not having championships when they never had the best roster in the league. How many times has Phil coached a team that beat a more talented team in a series?

I'm not sure which Wallace you're speaking of but Ben Wallace is going into the HOF.

He teaches us the little nuances, the details, the intricacies of the game that just a lot of people just don't know. It's no fault of their own. When it comes to basketball, he's a genius level. So it's tough for anybody to step in those shoes afterwards from players that were raised underneath that tutelage.

How long is it gonna take for people to realize this isn't a typical Phil team?

Who cares if your coaching 3 HOFers if 2 are well past their prime and one has a bad back?

It is pretty much made up of former basketball players of ANY significance. Ben Wallace nor Chauncey Billuips would be the worst players in the HOF.

off the top of my head, the 2008 series against the Spurs.

You could argue 2010 against Boston too.

Phil does normally have the best player in the series tho.
