Auto-analysers that they use, usually only actually need <100µL for analysis and likely would use multiplex technology so theoretically many of the 70 parameters could come out of a single sample.

No . .

Serum is just separated blood, after the blood is allowed to clot. Plasma is extracted after applying anti-coagulants to the blood

You cant separate both at the same time

I dont know. I dont work in the health field, so i dont know how much blood is drawn for a PEDs test
