They did not cover it up for years bro. USADA reports to WADA and WADA has people from all over the world in their panel. You think they would let USADA live after they failed to report an "American" athlete who competes against the world ?

I didnt say cover up....I said didnt report. They said they found out in 2009 or 2012 that he was doping, they didnt release the official documents until 2012 though because that's when Big Daddy (WADA) made it mandatory for them to do so:

"By rule, USADA was mandated by the World Anti-Doping Code to deliver a detailed report on its decision to the interested parties, which include the World Anti-Doping Agency and the athlete's international federation."

My thing is, why did it take for WADA to make it mandatory for you to do so, if you found out in 2009 or 2010? Why didnt they just expose him?

You're smarter than that breh. VADA is Vegas grounded brother and USADA is international. Year round testing is not done on all Olympians either. It's done during a center window since you don't even know who's repping your country. You're telling me they should be testing atheltes year round and waste money while they don't even know who's making the team ?

We arent talking about the Olympics.....we are talking about Boxers. And yes, Boxers SHOULD be tested 24-7 365. You know who easy it is to cycle on/off PEDs when you already KNOW when you are going to be tested?


Example,, a fighter knows he's fighting in May and announces his fight in February. Why couldnt he cycle on from October to mid January, and then announce his fight at the end of Feb knowing he wont start getting tested until he announces his fight. Even Victor Conte has made that point about Shane Mosley doing that when he was with him and guess what.....Mosley never tested positive for steroids.

Olympic style drug testing means random testing and all the other tests USADA runs, not year around although they claim 365 days a week testing

He's also not being tested as frequently as Pacquiao is. Pacman had 4 vials taken out recently in his 3rd or 4th "random" test. Mayweather has been tested allegedly once even tho Ellerbe didnt have any details on it. He's also had Ariza and Memo meet to "discuss things". The writings on the wall guys. This wont be a fair fight.

so im guessing they did four cuz there checking for four traces of peds.
